Refund Policy
At WorldWage Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, compliant, and reliable payroll support to all of our clients. As a service-based business, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of the time and resources we invest in managing your payroll accurately and efficiently.
1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
Due to the nature of our work which includes time-sensitive submissions to HMRC, payroll processing, payslip generation, and compliance responsibilities we do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed or delivered in part or in full.
2. Advance Payment Policy
All services are invoiced and payable in advance on a monthly basis. Your payment confirms the scheduling of your payroll and the allocation of resources to your business. No refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellation once a monthly cycle has started.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your payroll service at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Any cancellations made after the billing date will take effect the following month. Services will continue until the end of your current paid period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice or receipt. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a credit or refund for the disputed amount. Refunds will only be processed where genuine billing errors are confirmed.
5. Refunds for Overpayments
If you accidentally overpay or are charged more than once due to a technical issue, please notify us immediately. We will verify the error and issue a full refund or credit toward your next invoice.
6. Service Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we do stand by the quality and reliability of our service. If you ever feel dissatisfied or encounter an issue with our payroll processing, please contact our team directly — we will do everything possible to resolve the matter quickly and professionally.
