Welcome to WorldWage Services Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our payroll services and related offerings (“Services”) provided through our website and by direct agreement.By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

 

1. Our Services

We offer payroll and compliance services for limited company directors, small businesses, and sole traders. Our services may include:PAYE setup and registrationMonthly payroll processingPayslip generationRTI submissions to HMRCCIS returns (if applicable)Pension submissions and auto-enrolment support

 

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate service delivery, clients must:Provide all payroll-related data (e.g. salary, hours, employee info) by the agreed deadline each month.Ensure all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.Maintain appropriate tax and financial records.Inform us of any changes in employment status or company structure.

 

3. Fees and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance.Our fees are clearly communicated prior to onboarding and may vary based on service level and employee numbers.Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed.Late payments may result in service suspension and/or additional fees.

 

4. Cancellations and Termination

Clients may cancel services at any time with 30 days’ written notice.We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse, breach of contract, or where we deem the business relationship no longer viable.No refunds are issued for services already rendered (see our Refund Policy).

 

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all client data and information with strict confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR regulations. We will never share, sell, or disclose your data without your explicit consent unless required by law.

 

6. Data Protection and GDPR

We are committed to complying with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from your employees to share their personal data with us.Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle and protect your data.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver accurate and timely payroll services, but we do not accept liability for losses resulting from incorrect or delayed client information.We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldWage Services Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and, where possible, clients will be notified via email. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
